Explore Revillagigedo Island in an impeccably maintained
DeHavilland floatplane

Explore Revillagigedo Island and historic Ketchikan in an impeccably maintained DeHavilland Beaver or Otter, the world's most famous bush planes, with Ketchikan's 5 Star Medallion Shield carrier.

You will take off from the Ketchikan waterfront and may even share your runway with ferries and fishing boats. Make sure your camera is ready as your pilot offers you a bird's eye view of the mountains surrounding Alaska's First City, your cruise ship, and the Revillagigedo Island coast. Enjoy your pilot's narration with individual headsets as you follow your flight route on the provided detailed map and guide.

Alaska is best experienced from the air and your flight route is dependent on the day's weather. From the comfort of your window seat you may be exploring as far south as George Inlet with its historic cannery or north to Naha Bay, home to Loring, passing a US Navy acoustic testing station along the way. After approximately 30 minutes of flight time you'll gently descend onto the Ketchikan waterfront.
